Cancellation and Refund Policy
BeuCutProfessional believes in helping its customers as much as possible and therefore follows a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 6-8 days of placing the order.
- However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and the shipping process has been initiated.
- BeuCutProfessional does not accept cancellations for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc.
However, refund or replacement may be offered if the customer establishes that the quality of the delivered product is not good. - In case of damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service Team within 6-8 days of receipt.
The request will be considered once the merchant has verified and confirmed the issue. - If you feel that the product you received is not as shown on the website or not as per your expectations, please contact our customer service within 6-8 days of receiving the product.
Our Customer Service Team will look into the matter and take an appropriate decision. - For products that come with a manufacturer warranty, please refer the issue directly to the manufacturer.
- In case any refund is approved by BeuCutProfessional, it will take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed and credited to the customer.
